One.Product function introduction
1.Brief introduction of technical characteristics of decimeter wave integrated antennaWith the development of radio and television industry, the available space position on the transmission tower is limited. More and more radio and television stations and FM stations begin to use channel synthesizers. Through the synthesizer and the realization of broadband antenna, the power radiation range is effectively improved and the maintenance cost is reduced.

2.The decimeter wave integrated antenna produced by Sino-Russian technology has the following characteristics
(1)The antenna can be made of two layers, four layers, six layers and eight layers, which can be flexibly assembled to facilitate the adjustment of the antenna gain;
(2)High-quality H62 brass waveguide, H62 brass inner conductor and silver plating treatment of inner conductor H62 brass rod greatly improve the conductivity of antenna system;
(3)All antenna connections are welded by silver welding, which ensures the stability of antenna connecting parts and improves the transportation reliability of the equipment.
(4)The antenna vibrator is made of brass, and the surface is pickled and passivated, which improves the corrosion resistance of the antenna and improves the service life of the antenna.
(5)The antenna cover is made of glass fiber, and the outer surface is designed with streamlined round tube, which reduces the wind resistance of the antenna cover and makes the appearance more beautiful.
(6)The antenna base plate is made of 304 stainless steel to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the antenna.
(7)The antenna fastener and antenna are independent of each other, so the antenna can be produced on a large scale and the production cost of the antenna can be reduced.
(8)The standing wave ratio of the antenna system is less than 1.09 within the specified bandwidth range of 470MHz - 800MHz, which improves the standing wave ratio within the antenna bandwidth and meets the requirements for the use of digital multiplexers. The antenna bandwidth: 300MHz, which can meet the requirements for multi-channel shared antenna.
3.Installation instructions
(1)The integrated antenna is a single feed input mode. When connecting, it is only necessary to tightly connect the main feed pipe connector and the antenna connector with screws. Note: The connection of the built-in insert must be fastened, and the waterproof ring must be placed in the card slot. The antenna must be installed perpendicular to the ground.
(2)The antenna can be installed perpendicular to the top of the tower mast, the side of the mast, the platform or the tower body of the tower. When the antenna is installed on the side of the tower body, the antenna transmitting station shall be more than 1 meter away from the reflection surface of the tower body. When the antenna is installed on the top of the tower body, it can be directly fixed with fasteners. The fasteners must be considered to facilitate the connection of the main feeder.
(3)After the main feed pipe is connected with the antenna, the outer surface must be sealed with waterproof silicone. If conditions permit, it is better to seal with heat-shrinkable pipe. To prevent water ingress.
(4)The antenna fixing screw hole is connected with the fixing fastener of the tower body. When fixing, make sure that the connectors are firm and safe. Fixing fasteners need to be customized with the size of the tower body, and antenna fasteners need to be hot-dip galvanized.
(5)Antenna design life: 20 years.
