Manufacturing material and process:

2.Waterproof structure treatment of antenna unit: our company adopts effective sealing and waterproof treatment. The middle of the vibrator of the antenna unit is crimped and sealed with high and low temperature resistant polytetrafluoroethylene thread encryption sealing ring, which is anti-smashing and anti-cracking, to ensure the waterproof performance of the antenna unit.

3.Airtightness of the antenna feeder system: our company fills the input end of the main feeder cable of the antenna feeder system in the transmitter room with dry air at the pressure of 30 kpa, and the drop is less than 5 kpa in 24 hours.

4.DC resistance and insulation resistance of antenna feeder system:
(1) DC resistance of antenna feeder system: 100 m, not more than 0.1 Ω;

(2)Insulation resistance of antenna feeder system: main feeder, power distributor, sub-feeder, etc. (in case of no short circuit point) shall not be less than 500M Ω, and antenna unit (in case of no short circuit point) shall not be less than 50M Ω.
The feed structure of antenna unit is simple, without short circuit clamp to adjust the standing wave ratio, with good consistency and high efficiency. The antenna radiator is integrally welded, with high mechanical strength and strong wind and water resistance. The interface of antenna unit is IF45 flange, which has large power capacity. The middle of the vibrator is crimped and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene (plastic king) thread, which is resistant to high and low temperatures, smashing and cracking, and aging. Even in severe weather conditions such as strong wind and ice coating, the antenna will not be damaged, resulting in a broadcast outage. This antenna is particularly suitable for high-power mountain stations in harsh weather conditions.

All indicators of the antenna system comply with the standards of GY/T 5088-2013 Technical Indicators and Measurement Methods for Transmission Antenna Feeder System of TV and FM Broadcasting.
